Previously, once a reservation expired or was cancelled, companies could only submit a new application after a delay of up to 72 hours. During that gap, the employee’s status was interrupted.
Now, applications can be submitted ahead of time — before the current reservation ends. The system automatically verifies the data and extends the reservation for a new period.
This ensures that an employee’s status remains continuous, without pauses or technical delays.
Why it matters
Early extension of reservations helps enterprises retain critically needed staff, ensures uninterrupted operation of strategic companies, and reduces administrative burden.
How to extend or arrange a reservation
- Log in to Diia.
- Select the “Employee Reservation” service.
- Submit the application and provide employee details.
- Confirm salary information.
- Review the data and sign the application (to be done by the director or an authorised representative).
The result is delivered to the company’s Diia account and by email. If approved, the employee’s status in Reserve+ remains continuous and is displayed exactly as before.
